Responsibiliy :

1.Participate in and proactively controbue to project transfer reviews:
Work closely with engineering team and stakeholders to provide sourcing solution for all NPI sourcing activities and processes,e.g.setup supply chain relationship,localization via distributors,sample delivery status/expediting in direct support to transfer projects,
Support CHDU site Manager and Sourcing Team requests in a timely and effective manner.
2.Support Request for Quote Process:
Upon supplier selection guidance from Commodity Leader,then create/send RFQ to supplier/s,hold technical/commercial reviews to confirm feasibility/capability of targeted supplier/s,receive and conduct quote analysis,conduct basic price/cost/terms negotiations,make sourcing recommendations,meet commodity strategies utilizing best sourcing techniques/method,follow internal procedures and collect compliance and other documentations (as needed) regarding RoHS,Conflict Minerals,Coc's,etc.,support supplier qualification and part FASS/PPAP processes.
3.Supplier & quality management:

Requirment :
1.Tech ability:
Engineering skills and knowledge to communicate,critique,discern technical specifications and translate them for poper supplier selection;
Sourcing/purchasing experience to maintain sourcing procedures and systems.
2.Management ability:
Willing to take ownership;
Ability to handle high pressure work and priotitize accordingly;
Project management skills to understand critical tasks,prioritization,resources,timelines;
Motivate and influence team member;
Strong inter personal skills to deal with multiple levels,functions and external entities.
3.University degree in mechanical engineering,Experience in Automotive and Medical Compliance are advantage
4.Must be fluent in English in writing and speaking
5.At least 2 years involved in sourcing role,Experience in NPI Coordination with 2 years is prefered.
6.Excellent command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
