Introduction:
Sourcing Non-production materials for SEWC; suppliers selection and management; cost reduction; localization; and market analysis.

What are my responsibilities?
- Lead cross functional departments to implement the indirect materials purchasing strategy;
- Source and select suitable suppliers on time with the involvement of other cross functional departments, strictly follow Siemens strategy and compliance policy;
- Commercial terms negotiation to optimize company benefits;
- Imported equipment localization and cost reduction;
- Contract management;
- Delivery, quality, payment etc. issues solving between company and suppliers;
- Vendor basic information and qualification system maintenance;
- Monitor, manage and report the implementation of projects.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 2 years working experience related in indirect materials purchasing/sourcing;
- Indirect Materials Purchasing Knowledge
- Commercial knowledge, Negotiation skills
- Commercial Laws, Regulations, INCOTERM
- ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 knowledge
- SAP, EBP, OneSRM etc. System
- Supplier management including supplier selection, evaluation, development, so on
- Related Indirect Materials like equipment, PPE materials etc. knowledge is preferred
- Colleague degree or above, Indirect Materials Purchasing experience is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English;
- Preferred to have experience in MNC.
