Introduction:
Ensure the supplies of goods and services according to drawings and specifications requirements and to meet quality and manufacturing standards. Responsible for a defined scope of toolings,mouldings and materials.

What are my responsibilities?
Tooling / Moulding Management：
- Participate the redesign / 2nd source IPEG, support R&D on downloading drawings, CAD-Data, concept for the discussion with suppliers
- Inquiry on new set of existing tooling or redesign/ 2nd source required tooling and new lot of parts.
- Prepare price and tech. comparison among tooling suppliers.
- Control schedule of manufacturing tooling (Milestones)
- First Samples in house and coordinate adjustment tooling
- Work with QA CE for FPIR pass and hand over to operative procurement groups
- Control Output, archive changes and lifecycle management
- Launch replacement if necessary
Supplier management：
- Tooling/Moulding supplier management and evaluation
- Contract negotiations
Interface with suppliers about the drawing parts：
-Control and download the latest effective drawings for supplier’s mfg

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Tooling and moulding / Logistics / Commercial Processes in Procurement Environment;
- Supply Chain Management / Logistics;
- IT Tools and methods;
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
- Electronic manufacturing background is preferred;
- Tooling and moulding experience is a plus
- Supply chain / logistics and procurement experience
- Preferred to have experience in cooperating and leading in a diverse, international environment.
