Desired Skills & Experience

技能和经验要求

You will be:

A 3D visualization expert and be confident in being a hands-on manager.

Experienced in client contact and studio delegation

Strong at all stages of concept design, quality control and the design process

Enthusiastic personable team player

Degree (or equivalent) in architectural design/creative media/advertising or related fields with a wide range of international experience

High end residential and commercial sector experience

Have excellent PC software skills in– 3D Studio Max – V-Ray – Maxwell – Sketch up – Photoshop

You will have excellent verbal skills and be extremely personable. There are no ceilings to this opportunity, for the successful applicant that has intelligence, ambition, tirelessness, resilience and motivation. It’s likely that you will already have a reputation in our target market place and an outstanding portfolio of existing clients.

You will have good English language skills.
