Responsibilities
? Engage the Client, End-Users, and Client representatives to generate complete and consistent product/system definitions
? Perform business application and functional analysis with the Architecture team to understand and document data, workflow and business process relationships required to satisfy business requirements
? Create various forms of specification documents and artifacts that describe expected user and system behavior
? Create specifications for data extraction and transformation processes
? Work with QA Team to communicate intended system behavior and facilitate Test Case building
? Determine client and organizational needs, systems and operations requirements, customer rollout requirements, page schematics and usability, etc.
? Work closely with the project manager to ensure all aspects of the specified system are properly captured in work plans
? Facilitate resolution of issues related to the definition of the product throughout the development process

Requirements
? 3-5 years of process modeling and system analysis experience
? 3-5 years of driving use case and process flow development and documentation
? Fluency in reading/writing English, strong Oral English
? Strong cross-discipline mindset (technical and business)
? Experience in presentation of complex data for audiences of varying analytical and technical sophistication
? Experience in moderating teams (such as leading and conducting JAD sessions)
? Critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative
? Strong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills
? Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitments
? Ability to effectively translate technical information to non-technical individuals
? Results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality
? Strategic, cross-functional, thinker
? Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation writing and delivery

Bonus Skills/Experience
? Fluency in Mandarin
? QA experience
? Financial systems experience in billing and payments processing
? Familiarity with Java and Javascript based application development models, and web services interfaces
? Familiarity with .NET development technologies and practices
? Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies and practices

Education
? BA degree in business or related field preferred; BS in IT or related field
