Job Description
This role is for analog or mixed signal IC layout, including blocks level layout and DRC/LVS verification. Have closely communication and get instruction from analog circuit designer.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Main responsibility is analog or mixed signal IC layout.
2. Responsible for all levels of analog mask layout from floor planning, ESD pad placement, block level layout up to top level integration and tape out.
3. Communicate and co-work with design engineer to understand layout requirement directions to ensure high quality.
4. Complete custom layout of analog blocks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
1. Bachelor degree above, major in Microelectronics or Electronic and Information Engineering is preferred
2. At least 3 years analog layout experience and familiar with CMOS process, known well physical behavior and model of basic device including Diode, MOSFET and Bipolar.
3. Well team-worker with good cooperation ability. Work under pressure, active working attitude, and self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
4. Good English language skills in written listening and speaking.
5. Diligent, serious-minded, logistic, Innovative
