职位描述
Roles and Responsibility:
(1). Daily managemen of department, including CLP planning, warehousing, import/export handling and -LSP management. As deputy and successor of LOG manager.
(2). Improve continuously working procedures, keep smooth information flow and materialflow for high efficiency and quality in all LOG areas.
(3).Follow up 6S, staff training and evaluation within LOG team.
(4).Make sure to reach OTD and GEZ of CLP target.
(5). Conduct regular cycle counting to ensure the target of inventory accuracy. (6).Keep customs clearance handled smoothly.
(7).Keep freight under tracking and control.
(8). Other tasks designated by LOG Manager and Plant Manager.
Qualification Requirement
(1). Bachelor Degree and above. Major in the field of Logistics or engineering is preferred.
(2).More than 5 years practice in the logistics field,with related deep know-how.
(3). Good communication skills.
(4). Process Oriented and Result Oriented. (5).Able to motivate associates.
(6). Skillful in office software and Good Command of English.
(7). Be Independent, easy to work with.
