OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The BPO HR is responsible for the day to day operational management of recruitment, C&B, Organization Development, HR communication, HR training and other HR administration. Make sure that the operational process of the local HR domain is smooth and effective. The BPO HR will also provide direct HR support to typically 1 or more client teams/entities/geographies of low complexity and/or 100-300 supervised people.
Role & Responsibilities
Recruitment
? CV screening
? HR interview conducting
? Interview arranging
? Campus recruiting coordinating
? Finish recruiting tasks within/ahead of lead time
? Recruiting Channels Management
Performance Management
? Follow up annual review process
? Coordinate with Career Counsellors and Managers to enable the implementation of performance improvement plans
? Review continuously the performance feedback for individuals within remit in order to anticipate and manage potential performance issues.

Training
? New joiners orientation
? Training Bond Agreements arrangement

? Collects and verifies new employees’ diploma, various certificates, health-check paper, etc.
? Labour Contracts and other Agreements preparation and signing with new employees
? Attend community events and promote networking opportunities
? Policy review and proposal
? Dealing with Staff complain
? Outstanding issue shooting
Reporting
? Prepare regular reports for service lines, HC report , recruiting report etc.
? Assist other members of the HR Service Centre to produce reports as required
? Develop and distribute reports on a regular basis and upon request
Requirements
? University degree preferably in Human Resources or related Management mojor
? Minimum of 3 years experience providing Recruiting/HR Generalist service
? Good understanding of Labor Law
? Strong understanding of recruiting profiles
? Good screening and assessing interviewing skills
? Good understanding of skills in pipeline management and yield analysis
? Good understanding of the external marketplace and industry trends
? Solid employment relations skills
? Good professional development and training program implementation skills
? Data analysis experience
? Event management skills
? Leadership and coaching skills
? Analytical skills and problem solving skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Good presentation skills
? Conflict management skills
? Good command of Business English
