职位描述
Responsibility
* Manage the HR function
* Together with the relevant departments analyze staff supply and demand, and arrange for an efficient level of staffing.
* Assist the relevant department with recruitment of staff for all kind of positions. Right people, right skills, recruiting in accordance with company manning plans
* Administer employment contracts and maintain staff records
* Competence development: Responsibility for training, including training identification, arranging training plans, training reviews and making training budgets.
* Work together with the HR in the head office to further implement company HR and People Management systems.
* Work actively with further developing the company’s corporate culture and make people proud working for one of the world’s leading companies within the business.
* Motivate and encourage staff
* Organizational development
* Further develop Company guidelines, HR policies and legal compliance
* C&B administration
* Administer Payroll
* Watch the labor market in Shanghai and the areas around. Keep updated in relation to salary levels and new relevant regulations.
* Work actively with performance management systems including performance appraisal, re-training, rewarding and warning systems.
* Plan and organize company activities and employee group activities
* Responsibility for relations with Labor Bureau and other relevant governmental authorities
* Employee relations
* Identify the need for training related to People Management issues such as recruiting, how to hold performance and development talks etc.
* Further develop communication channels between employees and management
* Other tasks which from time to time is requested from GM and/ or HR Nordic.
* Ensure compliance of company rules to related government rules and regulations
* Ensure that company regulations are followed among the staff
Requirement
* University degree in Human Resources or similar and with extensive Human Resources management experience from a manufacturing organization.
* Good understanding of manufacturing and the special requirements related to such an organization.
* Experience from a western company’s Human Resources environment
* Experience from developing a company’s Human Resources systems and procedures.
* Over 5 Years experience from managing a HR team, preferably from a western company
* Experience from implementing company guidelines and human resources systems on an operating level.
* Strong leadership skills to ensure implementation of policies, procedures and when necessary, corrective actions.
* Strong written and oral English communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and presentation skills; ability to interact at all levels across cultures.
* Experience from staff analyzing and planning and creating efficient staff levels.
* Experience from planning and organizing training
* Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and other commonly used soft-wares
* Solid Knowledge of Chinese labor laws and regulations
