工作职责：

1. 负责制定、保管与实施公司内关于环境、健康与安全方面的制度（体系文件）；
2. 负责监督检查与推动EHS方面、GMP方面的现场改进工作，巡视生产、仓储现场，负责生产、仓储现场的安全监督和管理；
3. 负责外来施工单位管理，对施工现场进行安全监督、检查、指导；
4. 负责检查与推动关于EHS体系审核方面的工作；
5. 负责各种事故的应急处理、调查、上报及归档；制定相关的紧急预案；
6. 负责就安全、环保有关事宜与外部（包括SCMC、相关政府部）各方面的联络、沟通；上报并归档关于环境健康与安全方面的报表与报告；
7. 负责宣贯、执行国家、公司的EHS有关政策、法规和指令，并监督执行；推动并组织实施公司内关于EHS的员工培训与考核。

任职要求：

1. 安全工程、环境工程、工业卫生、机电类大专或以上学历；1-3 年制造业EHS 工作经历，有 ISO/OHSAS 管理经验优先；
2. 熟悉国家安全生产法、劳动安全法律、法令及相关法律知识、安全生产管理知识；能编制EHS相关的应急预案、报告、报表等文件；
3. 较强的领导力和人际沟通能力, 能有效地协调公司内部各个层面；有与政府相关部门沟通的经验；
4. 能在较强的压力下工作，能从容应对各类突发状况（包括处理各种安全事故），有强烈的责任意识和成熟稳健的处事方式，独立的工作能力；
5. 良好的计算机应用能力；有一定的英文阅读能力。
