Key Responsibilities主要职责：

1. Provide Equipment Maintenance facilities according to Plan;
2. Designe, manufacture, assemble and test machines to realize process automation;
3. Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment;
4. Desine tools/devices to improve machines safety, quality and productivity according production needs;
5. Manage the tooling workshop daily work, reallize safety, 5S and project target;
6. Develop the spare parts for project and tooling workshop with procurement team;
7. Provide appropriate resources for machine/equipment maintenance;
8. Develop and plan total preventive maintenance system;
9. Evaluate Training needs and plan training in the area;
10. Control & follow-up maintenance budgets, follow-up maintenance targets;
11. Maintain premises in a state of order, cleanliness and discipline;
12. Any other works assigned by supervisors.

Qualification/Competence Requirement资质/能力要求

1. At least 5 years relevant experience, including 3 years machine design experience;
2. Proficient in mechanical design and electrical control, familiar with Auto CAD, Pro-E or Solidworks;
3. College or above; Major in electric or mechanical engineering;
4. Have the experience to lead maintenance team;
5. Hard working, honest, strong practical ability;
6. Strong responsibility and good communication.;
7. Demonstrate process troubleshooting skills and drive for result;
8. High sense of responsibility, teamwork and innovation ability.
