Responsibilities:

？To adjust the batch sample and offer a accurate adjusted recipe to production ,to ensure the batch product color can meet specification
对生产批次产品取样调色，提供出精确调整配方给生产,确保该批次产品符合颜色要求规范。
？To implement these related actions of continual improvement ,corrective/preventive action
执行相关的持续改进行动、纠正与预防措施
？To record data related to objective and quality trends
记录目标相关的数扰及质量趋势
？To offer information to technical department if any trends and abnormal .
为技术部提供质量趋势或不正常情况等信息
？Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE&S policy, related Standards and Guidance Notes.
理解并确保所有行为符合公司HSE&S方针及标准准则
？Understand and ensure all activities fully in compliance with the legislatives applicable to our site and know the access to get latest updated one.
理解并确保所有行为完全符合适用于我公司的法规并知道如何获取有效版本
？Familiar with site QHSE procedures/work instructions and ensure all process and activities in full compliance with them.

？Be an active participant in the company's initiatives to improve its QHSE Management Systems

Requirements:
岗位要求
？Technical secondary school or above, preferring Chemistry, Chemical Engineering education background.
中专或以上学历，化学或化学工程优先
？At 3 years of working experience in automobile or the similar coating color matching .
至少3年以上从事汽车或类似油漆调色的工作经验
？A solid experience to adjust the batch sample and offer a accurate adjusted recipe to production ,to ensure the batch product color can meet specification
具备切实的经验对生产批次产品取样调色，并提供出精确调整配方给生产,确保该批次产品符合颜色要求规范。
？Has the experience on laboratory management
具备实验室管理经验
？Can read and write by English.
优秀能够用英语读写
？Strong awareness of teamwork
强列的团队合作意识
？Good MS office skill, such as using excel to do data analysis, making PPT
优秀的电脑软件技能，如使用excel进行数据分析，幻灯片制作
