职位描述
Job Description:
-Proven track record of closing complex technical sales requiring leadership and coordination cross functionally with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts as well as customer business and technical interfaces.
-Be responsible for managing COMPANY Inc applications assigned and hit the revenue target.
-Drive and manage incremental growth of business and revenue in assigned applications and accounts.
-Identify opportunities with new technologies into existing accounts and existing technologies into new accounts with team.
-Investigate and study all possible opportunities and select the right opportunities to focus as initiatives.
-Prepare business plan, formulate strategies and actions plan for those initiatives.
-Formulate, drive and execute growth initiatives to achieve expected business goal (revenue, products, market share, etc.).
-Develop multi-level relationships within customer as needed to promote IP solutions and business success.
-Ability to work at all levels of management with customer (Technical, Marketing, Planning and Finance etc.).
-Conduct necessary business report with all account to understand and report trends, events, and dynamics that will affect COMPANY business.
-This position will also be assigned as site manager for Shenzhen office, overseeing general office matters representing the local and cross functional team leader.
Job Requirement:
-University degree or masters degree, preferably in Engineering.
-Minimum 8 years technical sales experience with minimum 5 years in related. fields, e.g. Consumer Electronics industry, specialized in local TV market and the related main TV Chip vendors, etc.
-Very proactive, self-managing with high integrity.
-Strong planning and program management skills.
-Ability to understand technical issues comfortably, engineering skills a plus.
-Strong grasp of the audio market and CE industry trends.
-Strong relationship skills.
-Work with cross functional teams to support customers.
-Ability to travel to support customers as required (maybe greater than 50% of time depending on geographic location).
-Demonstrate a high degree of competency in software tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce.com knowledge will be bonus).
-Clear and precise writing and oral skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
