主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS：

1, Execute Product sourcing strategy
2, Maintain supplier matrix for product, select supplier base on cost, quality and delivery standards.
3, Identification, auditing and qualification of new suppliers
4, Creating forecast on commodity needs by close work with Sales, Proposal and Manufacturing departments and develop supplier capacity plan.
5, Supplier selection and contractual framework negotiation, regular price list agreement also maintain close collaboration with HHEL finance and legal departments
6, Supplier performance monitoring and development work with suppliers on process, quality, cost, continuity and HSE, the use of LEAN principles should be developed.
7, Provide support and guidance to Operational Buyers including contractual framework handover, support to contract signing and implementation.
8, Management of supply base to ensure sufficiency, continuity, price stability and predictability of supply, through maintenance of good supplier relationships
9, Check and analysis of supply markets by networking with relevant public organization, associations and companies and distribute the supply research report / data to reporting manager timely

1. Familiar with HHEL products and vendor network in the industry
2. Good knowledge on Contract Regulation

5. Good English and international trading for the position involve import
