- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Jin Shan,we are looking for a Metal Tool Engineer 金属工具工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- 负责金属零件及模具开发、制造、改进和维护

- Responsible for metal tooling developping, building , improvement and maintenance

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1)负责金属新模具的计划，开发，制造，改进和验证

- Responsible for metal new tool planning, developping, building, improvement and qualification, define new tool concept and technical requirement, check tool design, technical solve the tool problem during ISIR and Trial run, check and accept the new tool before mass production

2）参与工厂内容图纸评审，组织供应商金属元件评审(包括DFM)定义相关技术要求

- Participate drawing review, organize metal component review( including DFM ) with supplier to define technical requirement.

3) 负责量产金属模具的管理和维护

- Responsible for running tool's management and maintenance, define & check tool's maintenance plan, track tool's lastest status, solve the tool's critical quality and technical problem, technical support for tool database maintenance including tool's status evaluation, new tool budget plan and running tool's phase out.

4) 技术支持模具的工程变更实施

- Technical support tool's ECN implementation, coordinate with SCPS and supplier for ECN requirement and schedule, technical support ISIR and trial run improvement

5) 技术支持特料组的相关工作。

- Technical support for Commodity Team's related activities, e.g. RFQ, supplier select, supplier audit, quality improvement, and tool transfer…

6) 为完成国产化实现金属模具相关的新技术

- Realize necessary tool technologies to fulfill localization, such as working out new tooling & manufacturing concept, design new tools and realize new tool into mass production if needed

7)负责公司模具数据库的日常维护

- Responsible for company's overall tool database daily maintenance.

What else do I need to know?

- 模具制造本科学历B.S in mold manufacturing and design

- 五年以上金属模具制造或设计经验5 years experience in metal molds manufacturing or designing

- 金属模具项目经验优先Metal tool project management experience is prefered

- 跨国公司工作背景优先International company experience prefered

- 英语流利Engnish fluent
