1.Lead and develop national BTL activities structure and strategy
2.Plan and schedule key major BTL events setting event KPIs, aligned with overall marketing goal
3.As project owner, effectively manage BTL event coordinating across all departments
4.Effectively integrate PR and digital into BTL event activity
5.Lead event, PR and Digital agency to create maximum outcome
1.Over 7 years of experience in experiential marketing or BTL event execution in automobile sector or in international consumer brand
2.Min. 3 years of mid-management experience preferred
3.Strong analytic and strategic planning skills
4.Experiential marketing concept planning and execution experience
5.Sense of creative
6.Solid coordination and organizational skills
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8.Highly motivated self-starter, focused and well-coordinated at work
9.Good command of English skills; both written and spoken
10.Bachelor degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
