职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1.Attending and transferring phone calls; Prepare meeting room;Scan documents,send fax, etc;
2.Receive visitors;
3.Handling office elated works including courier,water,stationery,etc.
4.Handling office administration issues, including in making　purchasing request,and other　application etc;
5.Communication with colleagues of other departments;　.
6.Other works assigned by supervisor;
7.Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied.
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1.Execllent English skill both in written and spoken;　
2.Bachelor degree or above, have more than 2 years related working experience;
3.Detail oriented, Organized,comfortable dealing with different　people, able to perform different duties at the same time;
4.Industrious,care for details, discipline and flexible.
