Booking.com (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., one of the support companies in China, is looking for an Office Administration Supervisor.

We are looking for an Office Administration Supervisor to join our dynamic, pleasant and international working environment. As an Office Admin Supervisor for Shanghai office, you will be responsible for the general office administration work and support the Office Manager in the day-to-day running of all office facilities. You’ll report to Office Manager in Shanghai.
You will need to be articulate and energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude and wish to immerse yourself into the operational dynamics of a successful and rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the general affairs function of Shanghai office’s operations including office supplies purchasing, security, office equipment, travels, hotels, insurance, etc.;
2. Responsible for all administration expenses control, analysis and report in Shanghai office;
3. Arrangement for new hires, e.g., check-in, liaison with IT for PC set up, etc.;
4. Liaison with 3rd party contractors for cleaning, maintenance, purchase, transportation service, security service etc.;
5. Organize visa application for local employees in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou offices;
6. Logistics arrangement, incl. liaison with headquarters, verifying qualified local vendors for local production;
7. Communication with local agent/freight forwarder for Customs declaration;
8. To work with Party Committee to arrange company events and activities;
9. To be responsible for relocation of colleagues from Shanghai to other cities;
10. To assist Office Manager for setting up branch offices in mainland China;
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by Office Manager.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of office management experience in a MNC environment
2. Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly
3. Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles & prioritize
4. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
5. Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in English & Mandarin
7. Experience in office decoration or relocation is preferred
