Job description
1-Material strategy
Conduct market analysis, support the strategy definition process with cross functional partners and ensure Continentals requirements are reflected in the strategy
2-Data maintenance
Ensure in time implementation of correct data in the respective systems and be responsible for data maintenance and target achievement in the respective systems
3-Change management
Ensure proper information exchange to/from suppliers in case of change requests negotiate changes with suppliers
4-Achieve Best market conditions
Ensure fulfillment of requirements with legally binding contracts and be actively influence the sourcing process during development phase
5-Material Targets Achievement
Support annual negotiations to constantly improve the cost situation of Continental Automotive and improvement programs with suppliers and Re-design to cost / cost reduction programs

Requirements
1-Bachelor Degree or above, major in Materials or related
2-Minimum 4 years’ experience in various procurement functions as well as cross-functional experience gained in procurement-related functional areas
3-Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
4- Has worked abroad for a period 1 year or had international exposure in daily business
