About this job

Baker Hughes Incorporated (BHI) offers the opportunity as an experienced Base Manager to join the team.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities

· Manages the operations of product/service system, typically first or lowest level P&L.

· Coordinating between Operations and the client

· Responsibilities may include employee management and development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality training, planning and budget management.

Essential qualifications/requirements

· Minimum 10 years of fracturing experience

· Experience with multi-stage tools

· Degree in Engineering

· Able to communicate in English and Chinese

Preferred qualifications/requirements

· Preferably with downhole tools experience
