岗位职责
1、协助总裁对公司进行团队管理；
2、做公司战略规划、日常管理的智囊；
3、负责总裁的日常行程安排；
4、负责总裁文件，信件，函电的接收与转达；
5、负责总裁日常经营工作中文件的起草；
6、负责来访的接待、商务随行，协助安排外出行
7、参与重大项目的谈判，项目策划与调研工作；
8、各医疗仪的生产厂家及运营商售后服务事宜；
9、负责公司员工的招聘及面试，以及员工后期的管理培训工作；
10、对国外医疗仪的厂家区域售后合作事宜；
11、起草有关人事文件管理的初步意见；
12、负责按用人保准准备齐全各类人才，合理调配员工到最适当的岗位上，做好人才挖掘，推进工作；
13、负责保存员工的人事档案，做好各类人力资源的状况统计、分析、预测、调整、查询和人才的建立等工作；

任职资格
1、女，23岁以上，本科以上学历；
2、身高160cm以上，有1年及以上相关工作经验；
3、CET6级以上，能用英语流利的进行对外商务谈判，具有C1驾照，能在城市熟练驾驶；
4、人品善良，性格开朗、直率；责任心、事业心强，能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳；
5、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力，公文写作功底扎实；
7、有MBA毕业背景者优先；
8、应聘者附最近生活照两张；
