Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaison between field sales offices and corporate head quarter: provide support for order status, to regional sales manager 负责联络销售工程师及公司总部，为区域销售经理提供订单状态等信息；
2. Provide tactical support including but not limited to: customer inquiry, price quotation, lead times 提供销售支持，包括但不仅限于客户咨询，客户询价，过程时间咨询等；
3. Order fulfillment process for selected customer base such as sales order entry, order confirmation as well as backlog, order delinquency management 负责订单执行流程资料维护，如销售订单录入，订单确认及存档，异常订单跟踪管理等；
4. Partner with sales office to prepare weekly, quarterly and annual forecast by collecting and reporting results 与销售工程师一起，搜集销售状况后准备周、季及年度销售预估；
5. Update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales 更新并维护日、周及月度销售报表；
6. Work with sales office to compile monthly sell thru (POS) and inventory reports 与销售工程师一起完成月度POS及库存报表；
7. Coordinate with production control to ensure product availability 协助物料部确保产品的时效性；
8. Provide shipping instructions to shipping department 为物流部提供出货清单。
Requirements:
1. Able to communicate well: written and oral 沟通能力强；
2. Language: English required, verbal and written 英语读写能力强；
3. Must have computer experience: excel,word,power point 熟练操作各种办公软件，如MS软件等；
4. Detailed orientated and professional 关注细节，专业度强；
5. Able to work independently 能独立开展各项工作。
