职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Make the recruiting plan based on the company developing plan.
2. Recruit the employees according to the recruiting plan.
3. In charge of the HR documents record and updating
4. Develop and implement HR policy, procedures and systems.
5. Design and facilitate training and development programs to ensure programs achieve targets and progress staff development and career progress.
6. Labor relationship management.
7. Carry out employee satisfaction survey, and deal with employee complaint.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major of HRM, Psychology, BAM, etc.
2. Minimum 2 years HR supervisor experience.
3. Proven high levels of initiative and responsibility.
4. High level written and oral English.
5. Well developed computer skills, including familiarity with complete MS Office suite.
6. Experience with staff supervision, training and development.
7. High value in education, innovation and life-long learning.
