4、选择面试工具，审核面试流程在执行过程中的执行情况，并汇总反馈；
5、配合总公司的各项目分配工作；
6、维护分公司区域内的渠道，定期组织渠道会议，保持或增加渠道的招聘能力。

1.本科以上学历；
2.人力资源或招聘岗位三年以上工作经验，有呼叫中心工作经验者优先；
3.熟悉学校，中介公司，招聘会，网络招聘的渠道；
4.亲和力强，能在压力下工作；熟练使用和应用计算机软件，包括word, excel, ppt等；
5.反映灵敏，思路开阔，业务敏感行强，能及时预见合作风险和分析合作利弊；
6.人际交往能力强，优秀的文字、以及口头表达能力；
7.持续的学习能力和宽广的知识面，具有较强的抗压能力；
8.具有较强的信息与资源应用能力及团队领导力，具有一定的分析及决策能力。
