职位：游戏项目经理
职责描述：
1， 管理协调产品开发周期的所有阶段，包括游戏设计策划、计划安排、执行、发布及发布后继工作等。
2， 管理游戏开发过程，包括计划重要阶段，协调安排资源及质量控制。
3， 协调沟通程序、美术、市场、测试等各个团队。
4， 鼓舞激励团队成员。
5， 深刻理解Dr.Panda品牌价值，确保所开发的产品要与品牌价值的诉求一致。
任职要求:
1，2年以上游戏项目管理经验，对游戏设计、制作有深刻理解；
2，有管理不同职能团队的丰富经验；
3，高度责任心，对于负责的项目和团队有强烈的主人翁感；
4，具有创造性思维，有解决问题的能力；
5，流利的中文英文沟通能力（英文不好者请勿申请）；
6，对国际化团队有很强的沟通和协调能力；
7，对细节有敏感性，能很好的适应和处理工作压力。
TribePlay的待遇：

? Inspire and motivate your team

? Over 2 years of experience in project management of game industry
? Experience managing a multidisciplinary team
? A high sense of responsibility and ownership towards your project and team
? A problem solver and can think creatively
? Great communication skills in English and Chinese
? Great at communicate and coordinate an international team
? An eye for details, be able to take a lot of pressure
