Would you like to work in a highly scalable and available SOA website? Do you want to be involved and learn about all aspects of the system including software, hardware, database, load balancing, content delivery networks, networking and virtualization? The application support team is responsible for supporting a platform and multiple applications built on top of that platform within a services oriented architecture. Your role will be to troubleshoot customer issues across the system. We need you to look for unique solutions for our customers while providing superior support. You must be a person that cares about the importance of keeping the system up. You take pride in quickly resolving outage issues with exceptional root cause analysis to prevent further downtime. Other responsibilities will be ensuring that the system scalability, high availability, through monitoring metrics.

· Troubleshoot production issues from an end to end, systems perspective.

· Log analysis

· Fixing bugs

· Write SQL data scripts

· Good prioritization skills

· Grow and improve high availability techniques to ensure a better experience for our platform members and customers

· Be open to being on call for any site and network issues

· Define and development of projects designed to increase the efficiency and reliability of the hosted infrastructure
