IT Workstation Support
Responsibility:
·Client side PC workstation software and hardware problem debugging and resolving in Office IT operation;
·IT working environment preparation for new hire, including OS, Patch, Application system installation;
·Cooperating with global team to deploy new workstation related technology, including new version image deployment;
·Provide high quality solutions to end user’s technical questions;
·Management of asset inventory within WS team;
Requirement:
·Above 1 year work experience , excellent 2013 fresh graduate can be accepted as well;
·College degree, major in Computer Science or related field;
·Good at English communication, both verbal and written;
·Skilled in Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Win 7; Familiar with Microsoft products;
·Have various experience of solving PC hardware/software application problem;
·Basic network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN,VPN, etc) knowledge;
·Strong self-working and solving problem capability under pressure;
·Keen self-studying capability, willing to learning new technology;
·Diligent and positive working attitude.
