Job responsibilities:

- Collect and distribute financial reports
- Check input- and output bills and invoices
- Maintain phone book / employee database
- Create weekly plan of the department heads
- Answering phone for the Management
- Schedule coordination and - planning
- Business trip planning, cerdit card bill and travel expenses reimbursement for GM
- Preparation and organisation (Visa, Hotels etc.) for business travel of german and chinese employees
- Assistant of department heads (informations, requests)
- Support for communication in work areas as personnel, financial, project etc.
- Scheduling meetings
- Translation german and english documents
- Release of documents from GM
- Assistant to state affairs

Basic requirement:

- Bachelor Degree, Major in German or business administration.
- Excellent command of German both in written and spoken.
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
- Detail and result oriented. Detailed and down-to-earth attitude.
- Good service attitude, patient, Passion, dedication, high sense of responsibility.
