JOB DESCRIPTION：
1.Design and define SMT process flow, process requirement and related product/station WI;
2.Maintain and continuous improve product yield to meet the target;
3.Process trouble-shooting of SMT & Assembly line;
4.Cost saving;
5.Automation project evaluation and implement;
6.Training new technician and operators;
7.All other issues related to process issue;
8.Report to Sr. Engineer or process Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.College or bachelor above education requirement;
2.At least 3 years or above working experience in SMT manufacturing;
3.Be familiar with SMT assembly and backend assembly process technique;
4.Be familiar with IPC -610 inspection criteria;
5.Be familiar with SPC control and other analysis tools;
6.Be familiar with procedure of APQP (FMEA,Control plan,etc);
7.Be familiar with process evaluation method and can finish related evaluation report by oneself;
8. Be familiar with DOE/Six sigma/Lean method;
9. Be familiar with structure of assembly fixture and design them base on customer requirement;
10. Be familiar with related SMT and backend assembly machine.
SKILL& OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1.Good English reading and writing skill;
2.Be good at the engineering report writing.
