职位描述:
1、负责培训制度流程的建设；
2、负责培训中长期计划的编制；
3、负责培训需求调查及培训项目策划；
4、负责内外部培训组织；
5、负责内部授课课程开发、教材编写并实施培训；
6、负责培训效果评估与跟踪考核；
7、负责培训资源建设管理，合理整合利用外部师资，并建设和管理内部讲师队伍；
8、负责培训渠道的开发维护，及培训档案系统的管理；
9、负责本公司及品牌店铺新员工入职培训的组织实施；
10、负责公司企业文化宣传建设；
11、负责公司员工活动的策划及组织实施。


任职资格：
1、工作年限5年以上，培训相关岗位经验3年以上；
2、文字功底强，英语水平CET-4以上，熟练操作办公软件；
3、熟悉培训体系搭建，擅长培训制度建设及内外部培训组织，有较丰富培训规划、课程开发及讲授的实操经验；
4、熟悉人力资源其它模块，能依据公司实际情况制定中长期培训计划，依据不同职位系统开发设计培训课程和编写教材；
5、有企业文化建设及员工活动组织的实操经验，具有员工职业生涯设计相关经验者优先。

能力素质：
1、良好的人际理解和沟通能力；
2、良好的组织协调和计划能力；
3、良好的团队协作精神。
