职责描述：
1、参与部门管理制度建设，协助客服经理建立健全部门管理规章制度、顾客服务体系，完善工作规范、工作标准及工作流程设计；
2、在上级的指导下，组织客户顾问开展客户资源拓展，开拓新客户，开发新业务；
3、协助客服经理制定并实施VIP推广计划、方案，维护高端VIP客户关系；
4、负责每日检查各服务点的工作情况，对员工仪容仪表、礼仪礼节进行具体规范要求和监管，督导员工有效规范地开展各项服务工作；定期对服务质量进行统计、分析，并向上级提交整改方案；
5、执行同业竞争对手客服水平、特点、动态调查，定期向上级提供调查报告；
6、负责受理并记录较大投诉及突发事件，做好相应解答工作，持续跟进并处理；收集、整理客诉意见，提出客服提升可行性建议；
7、建立健全客户关系档案资源，并根据中心营运情况，进行客户消费分析，撰写分析报告；
8、负责制定并实施部门内部员工培训计划，开展日常业务技能提升培训，提升员工服务水平；
9、协助配合、支持公司内其它各部门及关联公司的工作；

任职资格：
1、性别不限，大学专科及以上学历，25至35岁，形象气质佳，女性身高165至170CM，男性身高175至180CM，具有五年以上奢侈品商场或星级宾馆（五星及以上）或高端会所客服从业经历，一年以上管理经历；
2、具有优秀的服务意识、沟通、谈判、协调、团队管理和职业操守；
3、明锐的顾客感知度、优秀的数据整合和分析能力；
4、熟悉高端人群消费心理，接受过色彩搭配、形象设计、客服服务技巧等培训；
5、良好的英语口语交流能力。
