Job Title: Application Engineer - Cable

Responsibilities：

1. Establish and maintain after-sales services procedure and provide after-sales technical services for sales and customers;

2. Defects confirm and analysis after receiving customer complaints and deliver reports of customer’s complain and customer satisfaction survey;

3. Highlight customer complaints to operation team and drive team to work out an action plan to solve problems and monitor the action result;

4. Develop, present, train the customer and sales about installation and application, as well as prepare materials;

5. Implement other projects / programs assigned by Manager.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in communication, material, mechanical and engineering related field;

2. At least 1 year related working experience;

3. Fluent English;

4. Accept business travel.
