Key Responsibilities

1. To assist HR& Admin manager in providing good services to associates, ensuring office operations running smoothly and efficiently;
2. Conduct daily office reception for visitors registrations, office materials collection and courier etc. ;
3. Regular office inspections, ensure office / facilities are in good condition;
4. Manage office suppliers and relate purchasing, such as stationery, coffee, tea, etc.;
5. Be responsible for office security system maintenance, provide update door access card usage records, issue and delete card timely in accordance with staff movements
6. Monitor visitor procedure and ensure the visitor regulations be executed in regional office
7. Provide payment reports and ensure all the payments delivery on-time ,accurate and complied with the required procedures;
8. Support Capex and Opex budget planning and monitoring; prepare / analysis administrative monthly cost reports;
9. Support the activities in terms of cost saving and sustainability as well as the other national-wise service integration in regional office;
10. Provide orientation to new comers in terms of office administration;
11. Coordinate and implement internal communications, employee activities and events to be initiated by labor union;
12. Other jobs assigned by line manager

Experience / Skills Required

1. College or equivalent degree or above
2. Good English both oral and written
3. Good at office computer application
4. Integrity and honest
5. Good communication skill
6. Customers focus
7. Organized and efficient
8. At least 2 years experience in Multi-national companies, office admin function is preferred

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing,Guangzhou and Chengdu. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
