职位描述

1、分公司的日常核算工作。通过费用审核, 做好费用管理和会计基础化规范工作，落实相关制度的执行。通过月度预提费用管理，保证费用的完整，与收入的配比。复核记账凭证，保证相关会计记录的真实、准确；
2、通过提供费用支付、资金管理、预算控制、业务支持等服务，为分公司提供全面的财务支持。完善财务管理、费用管理、预算管理等相关职能；
3、负责拓展合作银行，维护现有银行渠道；
4、负责分公司相关税务工作，负责与当地税务机关沟通协调工作；
5、保证资金安全，完善保费收付流程中的风险控制；
6、完善财务流程及制度、制定岗位标准化工作流程、通过优化流程提高工作效率；
7、负责本部门员工管理、培训工作；
8、协助分公司总经理做好风险管控；
9、完成领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，财经类相关专业；
2、五年以上会计从业经验；
3、熟悉财务核算、财务管理、财务审计、财务风险控制、财务预算等财务方面的专业知识；
4、熟悉税务法规；
5、熟练掌握Office办公软件。
