职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Be Responsible for all of the production activities in assembly plant;
2. Lead MFO department to deliver high quality of base machines, with aim to achieve planned production output;
3. Supervise operators to strictly follow assembly instruction, production schedule, operation manual, quality requirements and safety requirements and etc;
4. Conduct continuous improvement in assembly quality and efficiency, maintain a high level of employee productivity and safety. 5. Resolve quality problems druing assembly with relative department (PUR,FQC,BU/END)
6. Keep optimizing plant's production facility and equipments and carry out regular maintenance
7. Conduct BPS and 6S activities;
Requirements:
1. College or above major in mechanical engineering or other related major;
2. At least 8 years working experience in machinery assembly environment and 3 years experience in supervisory position;
3. Strong consciousness of quality, cost and safety;
4. Able to work under pressure , target-oriented with minimum supervision;
5. Flunt written and spoken English is a plus;
6. Strong problem analysis, problem solving skills are mandatory requirements;
7. Good communication skills and cooperation mindset.
