Responsibilities：
1. Plan, organize and direct orientation and training for sales force.
2. Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities or program effectiveness.
3. Collect and manage sales training materials prepared by instructors or function department, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
4. Documentation, record, evaluation, training delivery for sales classification project support.
5. Monitor and implement training procedure and cost.
6. Sales people management System (intranet) data maintenance and dashboard report.


Requirements：
1. University's degree majoring in Human resource or relative.
2. At least two years work experience on sales training and experience in engineering machinery industry is preferred.
3. Good communication and cooperation skills.
4. Good command of English on reading, written and spoken.
5. Skilled on Office and internet application.
