职位描述
Office / Procurement Administrator will be responsible to the JV Programme Manager for assisting the project team undertaking the following.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Take over administrative work from Finance Administrator.
2. Assist in office administrative work.
3. Act as Contact person with SKM Shanghai head office on HR related matters.
4. Assist in the development of relationships within SKM stakeholders and staff, client representative and client or external stakeholders.
5. Translate project documents when needed.
6. Assist in and support contracts and procurement work when needed.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years adminitration related experience
2. English proficiency is must
3. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, and form good relationship with staff at other levels within the business
4. Attention to details
5. Ability to display initiative and work independently as part of the team
