助理猎头顾问/猎头顾问
Assistant Consultant /Consultant

工作职责：
1、全面负责猎头项目的具体推进和执行；
2、开发及拓展客户，正确理解客户需求；
3、进行职位分析，制定详细的寻访方案和选择寻访渠道；
4、通过面试筛选优秀的候选人，向客户提供推荐意见；
5、协调候选人与客户公司之间的面试安排，并跟进反馈；
6、与候选人进行Offer谈判。

职位要求：
1、统招全日制本科及以上学历；
2、CET4及以上，良好的英文读写能力；
3、良好的沟通表达能力和逻辑思考能力；
4、勤奋踏实、认真负责、积极主动，抗压性强，具有团队合作精神；
5、有猎头工作经验者优先。
