工作职责：

协助顾问完成猎头项目操作,在顾问的指导下，进行中高端职位的人才寻访和评价推荐：

1、实施顾问制定的寻访计划，通过专业渠道快速寻访候选人；

2、进行初步评估，将合适的候选人推荐给顾问；

3、了解候选人的发展需求，提供专业的职业规划指导。

职位要求：

1、 统招全日制本科应届毕业生；

2、 CET4，良好的英文读写能力；

3、 较强的沟通表达能力，勤奋踏实，突出的坚韧性、抗压性和责任心；

4、 有意向在猎头领域长期发展者优先；
