Purpose of position: Service Quality KPI Process Regulation

Direct report (position):Service Operation Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Managing service operation plan group and partly get involved in the daily routine work.
2. Understanding of the various job resource and requirements,and make the corresponding coordination to form the operation plan & schedule.
3. According to the operation plan & schedule, update timely about the operation instruction , upgrade instruction as well as the service notice.
4. Regularly tracking the status of the service operation, and put forward the updated schedule and suggestion.
5. Timely update the relevant service operation information in the system according to the company regulation.
6. Monthly reportings: service operation report, service fulfill report, service staff vs service devices report.
7. Monthly evaluate the overall service quality and make the suggestion for the improvement if any.
8. Monthly review the service staff quality and effiency and make the suggestion for the improvement if any.
9. According to the company management requirement, build up and develop the corresponding procedures for the service operation , and monitor the implemention.
10. Regular customer visit to know about the customer expectation and feedback , combined with the existing service operation.
11. Work under the supervision of a manager and execute all delegated functions seamlessly.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor or above educational background with major in economics or engineering course;
2. 4 years or above relevant working experience with at least 1 year experience as the managing level;
3. Good English reading written , oral , listening skills (CET 4 is the least) ; good command in Excel, Word , Windows operation and Power Point, familiar with the database system
4. Strong capability of the project management, good communication skill;
5. Responsible , teamwork, intiative, stress tolerance, Persuasive,Integrity;
