职位描述
Purpose of position:
Channel Manager must comply with company principles, operation procedures/regulations for all his/her job related activities/behavior. Channel Manager must try his/her best to lead sales channel optimization and provide support to Sales Department. CM must manage and continuously improve the distribution channel strategy & policy to develop sustainable competitive advantage, leading and managing a group of channel teams to achieve objectives.
Job responsibilities:
- Understand and accept Company Culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Sales operations.
- Manage existing channel partner relationships in conjunction with the sales and sales leadership teams according to the set goals. Develop and expand channels and evaluate and find new authorized distributors in Non Covered areas
- Responsible to continuously improve & optimize the distribution management policy include selection criteria’s, contracts, agreements, turnover objectives, marketing, customers, territories definition, mutual obligation, etc. to grant longterm strategic goals of the company.
- Prevent and solve channel conflicts. Turn channel conflicts and competition to mechanism for more productive performance.
- Maximize profitability through effective support and motivation tactics to channel partner.
- Coach team to optimize channel strategies aligned with business developing trend, brand, and sales strategies, and set clear priorities for team across channels.
- Responsible for the defined International Key Accounts for Distribution in China, alignment with Headquarter & global strategy. Also interface to HQ for international company policies for distribution
- Set up and optimize controlling tools to ensure proper implementation of policy and tools for efficient follow up with Authorized distributors and sales team.
- Customer Classification, define process , train and build up structure and increase transparency level for GCN. And responsible for Classification Change approvals and new customer classification
- Responsible for Budget & Mid term planning for Distribution
Job requirements:
- University diploma of electronic and electrical engineering, industrial automation or physics science.
- Min. 10 years working experienced in sales or marketing in the related industry fields.
- Excellent in Excel and good command in other Office applications; Very good command in writing and oral English.
- In depth sales channel establishment and sales development skill; Negotiation skill; Market analytical skill; Customer Knowledge; Building Relationship with Customer; Prospecting and Networking.
