Department: FIN & IT

Purpose of position: to manage accounting, reporting and taxation tasks in accordance with GAM, China GAAP and tax laws

Direct report (position): Finance Manager

No. of subordinates: 1 or 2

Your challenge:

• Establish and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Group Accounting Manual (GAM) and China GAAP
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of financial reporting package in accordance with GAM
• Participate in budget and forecast process, preparation of template and budget/forecast data for review
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with other departments in company on an on-going basis
• To draft out the expense rules base on the company specification and relating laws and monitor the compliance after it approved.
• To be responsible for monthly tax filing, tax planning and tax risk control and optimize the company's tax expense
• To be responsible for the management of fixed asset, regularly or non-regularly organize the physical count of fixed asset.

Your pre-requisites:

• University graduate with Accounting Degree

• Minimum 5 years of accounting working experience in MNCs

• Audit experience would be an advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English language (written and oral); CET6 or above

• Able to handle multi-tasks and compliance challenges

• Good working experience with Accpac ERP is a must

• Excellent working knowledge in IFRS, China GAAP

• Business and compliance minded

• Resourceful in keeping abreast on changes in legislations relating to functional responsibilities
