工作描述：

1） 参与系统的分析与设计，根据系统业务需求完成系统功能模块设计
2） 完成系统OA流程的设计与实现
3） 完成相关数据库表、视图设计及存储过程编写
4） 完成系统的性能优化和完善工作
5） 支持系统的版本发布与上线支持
6） 完成系统设计与开发文档的编写

职位要求：

1） 计算机或相关专业，3年以上ASP.NET，C#开发和设计经验，熟悉.net framework3.5/4.0和三层架构。
2） 具备2年以上工作流开发经验，熟悉WF开发技术，并熟悉WF流程建模、设计与开发工作
3） 熟悉SQL Server、Oracle数据库，能熟练编写SQL存储过程、数据库函数，并具备SQL性能分析与优化能力。
4） 熟悉webservice和WCF技术，掌握Web服务的设计及应用。
5） 精通Html语言、javascript脚本和CSS样式；具有1年以上的AJAX开发经验。
6） 熟悉UML，熟练掌握Rational Rose、PowerDesigner、Visio其中之一的设计工具；
7) 工作态度积极，有较强的表达和具有良好的沟通能力、团队配合精神,能够在工作压力下完成工作任务；
8) 具有电信，移动行业经验者优先。
