职责描述：

1、前台总机与接待任务；
2、行政业务：租订业务、车辆管理、图书管理、环境管理、办公用品管理、邮件包裹签收转送服务、办公室安全管理；
3、数据业务：各项行政数据的维护与报表输送；
4、VI用品定制工作；
5、协助部门开展各类企业文化工作推进与落实；
6、协助部门经理开展行政管理工作。

知识和技能要求：
1、高中以上学历
2、有在大型企业6个月以上相同职位工作经验的优先考虑
3、熟悉常用办公软件
4、端庄、大方
5、掌握普通话、粤语、英语接待礼仪

特殊技能：
1、语言能力： 能清楚、准确的向提问者解答每个问题
2、文字能力： 能用准确的文字表达出每件事情
3、观察能力：能清楚的了解即将发生的事情，并能找出解决办法
4、逻辑处理能力：根据事情的主次合理，有序的安排工作

综合能力：
1、有良好的职业道德，保守企业秘密
2、有良好的沟通协调能力
3、能独立开展工作

其它要求：思想品德端正
