职责描述：

1、负责服务台与管理部门日常的协调沟通，带领客服人员完成日常客服工作。
2、负责制定与完善业务流程、考核制度，提升服务台服务能力。
3、负责客服团队的管理和培训，具有进取心和良好的学习能力。
4、具有相关简报、业务文档的编写及整理能力。
5、工作地点：客村，工作时间：7*24轮班制。

职位要求：

1、 具有大专以上学历，5年以上客服工作经验，3年以上呼叫中心、客户服务组织的管理经验;
2、 具有计算机知识背景，对软硬件和网络知识有一定了解;
3、 学习能力优秀，参与感、责任心强，能适应轮班工作和夜班安排;
4、 普通话标准，口齿清晰，声线优美，思维清晰、敏捷，具备较强的语言沟通和表达能力，有团队合作精神；
5、 良好的服务心态和意识，具有10086、10000行业客服经验优先。

经验不足者可应聘运维工程师职位。
