Treasury Manager/资金经理（具备国际四大会计师事务所或银行经验优先）

Responsibilities:

1. Handle company treasury activities including loan financing, liaise with banks to facilitate banking facilities and maintain strong relationship with the banks and credit agencies, manage cash flow & develop cash management strategies, and assist in foreign exchange and interest rate portfolio management.
2. To develop various financing channels, with focus particularly on project finance and treasury operation management for the company.
3. To perform budget, forecast and cash flow analysis, monitor and maintain control for all cash positions as well as inter-company and external cash transfers.
4. To participate in ad-hoc projects where required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree holder majoring in Accounting or Finance or other related disciplines with strong knowledge in treasury laws and practices.
2. At least 5 years treasury planning and / or banking audit experience in Big 4 international auditing firm.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail-oriented and a self-starter who is able to work under pressure and within tight timeframe.
4. Excellent communication skills with good command of both English and Putonghua.
5. Good working knowledge on PC software.
