Job Summary
Act as 'Window' into customers on inquiries, order processing, provide professional service to internal and external customers to deliver total customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1.Handle customers' inquiry, process local customer orders, enter order into PRMS, check leadtime, and stock status, send allocation report, manage stock at multiple locations,
2.Work with Finance team on AR collection and payment issues
3.Process implant consignment orders, follow up, maintain log register & do inventory reconciliation monthly
4.Handle customer return & goods exchange request, manage rebate request
5.Process internal sample orders and follow up
6.Handle inter-company orders and timely prepare export documents and arrange shipping
7.Customer complaint handling
8.Provide customer service reports like customer service level, back orders, return/exchange

Education/ Experience Requirements
1.College or above degree in supply chain, business administration, international trade
2.1+ years solid experience in international or MNC company in customer service
3.Proficient with Office Software
4.Experience with ERP system, SAP preferred
