POSITION OBJECTIVE
1) To undertake the routine direct sales and quotation work , thus to free-up the Sales Engineers to spend more time outside of the office to visit customers and make sales calls;
2) Mainly for Business Development in targeted growth area.
? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Work with the direct sales engineers for product sizing and selection, to generate quotes and conduct technical evaluations;
2) Responsible for the monthly quotation log, contract log and necessary sales administration reports;
3) Responsible for inter-co order entry;
4) Create sales tools in the specific & growth industries, coordinate global marketing resources, and leverage to China market;
5) Coordinate China Mega projects with DI, EPC, by working together with regional sales managers & LBPs;
6) Coordinate EPM China resources to catch sales opportunities and spread to regional sales team.
? SCOPE
1) Assist China direct sales team;
2) Support China Mega projects pre-sales ;
3) Work with EPM marketing team & sales team;
4) Study growth industries.

? EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1) Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Petrol, Control Engineering;
2) Minimum of 2 years experience in process control industry;
3) Decisive, drive and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions;
4) Fluent in English;
5) International exposure would be a plus.
