工作职责：

1、参与系统的需求调研和需求分析，撰写相关专业的技术文档；
2、负责系统架构设计、系统整合规划；
3、搭建系统开发环境，完成系统框架和核心代码的实现；
4、系统核心架构部分的开发测试、部署，性能调优；
5、负责解决开发过程中的技术问题；
6、支撑销售、对接客户、协助项目开发及管理

要求：

1、计算机本科及以上学历， 6年以上JAVA系统设计及开发经验，2年以上Java平台下高性能、高可用性、高可拓展性网站架构设计；
2、熟练使用Tomcat，熟悉JBOSS、Weblogic、WebSphere等应用服务器；
3、熟练掌握几种开发框架（Struts、Spring、Hibernate等）；
4、精通网络编程，熟悉HTTP，TCP/IP协议，熟练掌握缓存技术，网站优化，服务器优化，集群技术处理、网站负载均衡、系统性能调优等软件编程高级技术；
5、熟练掌握基于oracle/SQL Server的数据库编程，有实际大数据量的数据库设计经验；
6、细致认真，主动性强，善于沟通，有很好的团队精神，能够承担较大压力；
7、具备一年以上的大型项目架构设计和分析经验；
8、技术知识面广，对新技术持有敏感性并愿意致力于新技术的探索和研究；
9、对移动互联网产品开发有丰富经验的的优先考虑
