【任职要求】

1.营销相关专业或线缆专业大专或以上学历。

2.5年以上弱电安防行业销售或者弱电线缆行业相关工作经验，其中至少三年同职工作经验。

3.对安防产品了解和熟悉，有安防设备、线缆或系统集成销售经验者，或致力于相关行业发展；

4.熟悉终端、渠道销售管理模式、适应短期出差或长期驻外办事处；

5.有政府机关、集成商、工业客户、运营商、写字楼等行业客户合作经历者优先考虑。

6.熟悉弱电智能及信息化产品知识，熟悉营销相关知识及销售团队管理；

7.具备目标绩效管理、过程控制、冲突管理等方面的知识与实践技巧；

8.具创新意识,具备很强的演讲、沟通、团队管理、系统思维、分析决策能

9.具备投标经验和投标文件撰写的优先考虑

【岗位职责】

1、协助配合总监制订销售策略及战术，管理并培养销售人员；

2、指导所属团队业务工作，员工管理工作，部门内部等工作进行指导和管理；

3、对同行业竞争对手产品市场的收集与分析，收集并执行市场信息

4、达成所管区域市场相关业务指标

5、区域渠道及合作经销商的建设、拓展、管理与推动。

6、区域内其他相关活动的筹建及配合

上海诺进通讯股份有限公司是专业从事通讯电缆的材料研发，通讯电缆技术研发/设计/生产及销售的专业化集团公司。
股份公司的前身从事了聚乙烯射频电缆的设计/生产制造，于2003年研发了3G同轴电缆，是***家3G同轴电缆在美国成功应用在三网合一的中国制造商。
诺进在2008年首次用中国人的FEP研发出了发泡氟塑料Geintech FEP,并率先在世界上***次用纳米技术提升了现有的发泡材料的性能，并申请了多项专利，不但填补了中国没有发泡FEP的空白，而且使产品性能达到了国际先进水平。FEP能够耐强酸强碱王水等腐蚀，能够耐高温及低温+/-200度，低频介电常数恒定2.1，在10Ghz微波也只下降3%。发泡FEP电缆比实芯FEP电缆及实芯PTFE电缆具有更好的信号传输能力，更低的电容，所以发泡FEP几乎能满足所有军工/通讯/航天/仪表/化学/医疗/机械/商业等对极端环境及极端要求的数据传输。
诺进在2010年研发了发泡PTFE电缆。PTFE在所有的固体绝缘材料中，具有最小的介电常数和tgδ值，且不随频率和温度的变化而变化，具有***的体积电阻率和表面电阻率，且连续***使用温度为260℃，在-269℃时还能弯曲，几乎对所有化学药品及溶剂保持稳定.除此之外，它还具有优良的的阻燃特性（氧指数在95%以上）﹑极佳的耐候性和机械性能。发泡PTFE与实芯PTFE相比，在物理特性没有改变的基础上，电缆重量更轻，柔软性更好，并且介电常数更小，衰减也更小，是当今特殊环境下高频领域最理想的材料。

Norgein Communications Company, Ltd. is a manufacturer of flouropolymer communication cables specializing in research and development. We developed a wide range of communication cables, materials and manufacturing methods to serve the needs of today's marketplace. We are currently researching new products for tomorrow’s markets.

      Norgein evolved from our predecessor company that engage in providing polyethylene (PE) RF cables. In 2003, this company developed the first 3G coaxial cables in China. It is one of the largest coax cable suppliers in the world.

      In 2008, Norgein first adapted Geintech FEP, and upgraded to the present foam FEP using Nano Technology. Nano Technology improved our products to one of the most advanced in the world. To continue growth, Norgein developed it's own product line of PTFE Foam cables in 2010. These cables have a lower dielectric constant and lower attenuation than similar FEP cables. PTFE Foam insulated cables could provide the best high frequency transmission.

      Norgein is one of the largest manufacturers of fluoropolymer solid and foam insulated cables in China.
